The Construction Bid Phase

Prism Multimedia provides bid drawings and specifications including:

• Designing sound, lighting and video system
• Supplying complete bid package on AutoCAD 2002 drawings
• Complete bid specifications allowing multiple biding to assure cost competitive pricing
• Support on selecting equipment and bidders
• Performing evaluation and negotiation of the bids received
• On site supervision of the installation of equipment
• Prism Multimedia will also Install the Equipment

Our company is the dealer for major companies manufacturing sound, video and lighting equipment.

We provide installation using a combination of company employees and local support personnel.

After Installation Prism Multimedia provides:

• Complete As Built drawings and equipment documentation
• Instruction classes in the use of the equipment.
• Customized guidelines on the use of the equipment for Sunday services and special events though out the year.
• Phone and site assistance for one year after the building is complete.
